For Licensed Massage Therapists
Melanie teaches Integrative Somatic and Interpersonal Communication, an approved Body Psychology course by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. This course provides 4 and 8-hour Continuing Education credits for Licensed Massage Therapists. This course offers a supportive and experiential learning environment designed to help students strengthen their ability to stay present, regulate stress, and communicate effectively with others.
Course Description:
Through guided practice and reflection, participants learn techniques that enhance body awareness, refine manual skills, and elevate professional communication—key elements of a thriving, sustainable practice.

Course Outcomes:
Students will demonstrate confidence and proficiency in somatic and psychophysiological self-awareness in order to offer optimal service through full presence and the utilization of healthy interpersonal skills and clear boundaries in the professional setting.
